I used all of the powders that I mentioned previously, (twice as much Amla) mixed w/ about 16 oz. of hot water (too much). I used half of the mixture and put the rest in the fridge. I put several plastic caps on, worked out for 1 hr. and took care of some other things for another hour. I rinsed and used DDTA (deep conditioned w/o heat for an hour).
My hair felt super strong. The ends were a bit stiff, but that went away after I used S-Curl spray and some oil. My hair feels great! My SO asked if I had dyed my hair. I said, "Uh, oh! Is it turning red?"
He said, "No! It looks black!" Yay!
He said that my hair was shiny, as usual, which is good b/c I heard that henna is very drying and makes the hair look dull. I'm very pleased and will be doing this, again.
Thanks so much for all of your help! (((hug)))![]()
I'm so glad you had awesome results with it!! This is a DEFINITE keeper in my regimen!

I will be watching to see my results of growth and hopefully my hair will darken.
That's awesome!!

I used Dabur Amla Hair Oil and it did make my hair stronger and darker, which I love.
I ran out of it awhile, ago and didn't buy anymore. I would like to make my own, but don't know exactly how.
My hair is not the same w/o it.
