I do. It's just a bun made with foam in the back of my head using a ponytail holder and a foam bun from Sally's. I make it at the beginning of the week. I put a satin scarf on my head every night for bed. I go again and again. I take it down on Friday, and start all over again on Monday morning, or at least that's the plan. This is my 2nd week trying this method and so far so good. It makes getting ready in the morning a breeze and I haven't noticed any breakage.
in a bun at the back of my head... sometimes makes it hard to sleep but if i wash my hair at night and don't wanna stay up to dry it, i just wrap a bun around and then a head wrap and go to sleep. yeah it is still damp in the morning but then i just make a "prettier" bun or a puff and go on about my day.
***ETA: i've been doing this for a few weeks now... maybe 3? i don't do it every night though.
yes, i sleep with my hair in a bun. like 4 days a week on average. i keep the bun very high on my head so that i don't rest on it when i sleep. try to avoid putting as much tension as possible. i only put pins in my hair when i sleep in a bun. like 2 or 3 hold it fine.
I slept w/ a loose bun every night for the past year and I love it..only recently I been wrapping my hair 1x a week for a straight look...but other then that bunning.
