Can I Sleep In A Bun?

I have just started protective styling by putting my hair in a bun. Is it ok to sleep in it at night time? What do you guys do?

I have but I make sure it is not tight. And I switch the bun position every few days or so.

I have many times without any problem (always making sure it's not tight).

I think you can. Like the ladies said, just make sure it's not too tight. Also, I like for mine to be at the very top of my head. If it's in the back it's uncomfortable since I will be laying on it when sleeping on my back.

You can but it's extremely uncomfortable. I refuse.

Yes! I do it all the time when rocking a faux bun.
