I bought some scarves and they are 100% polyester. I am wearing them as a headwrap since they look like a longer version of the ones you buy at sally's. I don't know too much about fabrics so is this material drying like cotton??

I don't think so. The doorag I wear to bed is polyester, and it doesn't seem to have caused any issues.

Yeah I use a polyester blend headwrap to bed as well. But as soon as I can, I will be changing it to a silk headwrap. That's the best for your hair :yep:

I am not sure...good question though. Bumping for replies. You can be on the safe side and use silk though (in the meantime)

I wear silk/satin cloths under my head scarfs just to be safe.
