White woman use relaxers (straighterners) and perms (curly) just like black woman, they all don't have naturally straight or curly hair plus dye just like AA. But remember, that you see a mixture of "whites" in your country. Where I live many (if not most people) have very fragile and thin hair that does grow but is extremely thin - it looks best cut short.

Exactly!MizAvalon said:Absolutely not. Human hair generally grows at a rate of 1/2 inch per month. Most of the population falls under this category. Obviously there are exceptions and some people do occasionally have growth spurts, but in general everyone's hair grows at the same rate.
