Do you Shampoo or No Poo your extentions everyday?

Does it matter? Does it help? I'm lazy by nature and to do conditioner washes everyday is hard!

Do you have braids ? If so, I poo wash mine 1-2x a week since using surge and mtg ( I normaly wash 2x a week even when not in braids ). frequent washing has helped my hair for the better, but not everyone hair is going react the the same to frequent poos. I would say it's going to be a trial and error thing. So experiment and see how your hair will react, and take it from there. happy hair growing !

I agree it is a trial and error type thing. I rinse my scalp daily or every 3 days depending on how I feel.

Yep I've had braids in for a week and so far have shampooed once. I've heard that to get optimum growth I need a really clean scalp so was thinking of doing conditioner washes during the week but I'm worried about my hair getting to dry.

I'm like Anky, I shampoo my braids whenever they start to feel sticky or dirty which is usually once per week. I never condition my braids, I just do that when I'm out of my braided styles.

Thanks Diane71, I'm using Infusium on a daily basis so I wasn't sure if I needed that extra conditioner wash. I'll see how it goes.

I've been washing it once a week. But I washed 3 times last week. I wanted to do it daily, but it takes too long to airdry.
