Do you roller set your own hair? How?

Hello ladies, just wondering if any of you rollerset your own hair??? If so, how do you do it? I'm currently in sengelese twists but I am interested in roller setting my hair after I take them down... Is it very time consuming for you? I've tried it in the past but by the time I finished one side the other side was damp, so I sprayed it(w/water). Once it dried, my hair was a disaster!

Can someone please give a sista' some advice?? What product(s) do you use on your hair during roller setting? How often do you rollerset? Do you air dry or sit under the hair dryer? Sorry for all the ?'s but i'm very interested.... Thanks in advance.
