DO YOU RE-WET YOUR HAIR RIGHT AFTER WASHING AND STYLING IT?

I washed and deep conditioned and wrapped my hair today and it looked like crap when I finished. I felt like I could do a much betterjob if I re-did my hair. I was wondering if anyone else re-wets and re-styles when you don't like the way it turns out. Is it better to suffer through till the next scheduled wash?

I think it would depend on how much manipulation is involved. I don't think it's bad as long as it is a once in awhile thing.

I plan to today. I rollerset my hair last night and pincurled it before bed. It looks like a HAM this morning so I have to rewet it. Back to the bun I go...

Sometimes if my roller set and it comes out dry and fly away, I will re-wet and end up doing a wet bun or something like that.

I also rarely...probably have never redone my hair. I try to manipulate it until I get it into a style that I like though.

once in a while. if i try something and HATE how it comes out. but, if I used a lot of heat to get the style, I hesitate to re-wet my hair.

Heck yea....yesterday i tried something new with my hair...i washed, 2 strand twist and bantu knotted it; when my hair dried and I unraveled the twists, it just didn't look the way i expected it to....so this morning, i dc'd and rollerset it. I refuse to go out looking a H.A.M.

I have done this before. It's not something that I would do on a regular basis, however if you are not happy with the results of your first set....then I dont see anything wrong with redoing it.

I wet (or re-wet) my hair rather frequently. I have no qualms about putting water on my hair (easier when one is natural) and often wet my hair even if I just want to add some more product to it.
