Well I tryn to see what is the best to keep my hair moist and decided to try my leave in Alter Ego nourishing nova care intensive for that . Have any one ever tried this line and how did it do for you?:look:

I use my Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner as a leave-in, but not as a conditioner. It leaves my hair very soft and manageable. I only use it if I get my hair straightening. It doesn't contain water in it. Plus, water & glycerin base products turn my straight hair back to natural. I use regular leave-in or butters on my natural hair.

no. the leavein i use (HE LTR) is not enough to provide long lasting moisturizer. i use a moisturizer over it. ♥

:meme:, I do. I love Alba Botanica leave in and Beauty Without Cruelty leave in conditioners as daily moisturizers. I do like Alba Botanica more though because it really leaves my hair super soft. I have other leave-ins that I use just as leave-ins however.

Yes! I love the shea moisture leave in conditioner that I purchased recently. Works better than regular moisturizers in my opinion.

I use too. Now I have a layering process but use small amounts of each prod. I follow chicoro's m&s method. I use scurl, HE LTR split in protector (love the smell), elasta qp mango butter, seal with a dab of argan oil or evco. My hair responds great to this method. If I'm not careful, I'll overapply prod causing my hair to get too oily but I'm bunning so it doesn't really concern me.

When I use Skala alove vera leave in or Nexxus Humectress I seal with an oil ( castor, coconut, hempseed, jojoba). It makes a great wash n puff :)
