if i get a lil MN on my eye lashes? Iv'e read some threads b4 that some growth aids actually work for growing eyelashes but i cant remember which ones. SO im thinking about doing a lil patch test.. but im not too excited about buting MN on my face.
 
:lachen::lachen: I would be very careful....but no u shouldnt go blind just rinse of you feel a buring sensation and dont use it anymore
 
i wouldn't use that stuff anywhere near my eyes IMO. check out the threads in the Make-up forum about using castor oil/Silk Amino Acids for eyelashes.
 
Ummmmm........are you serious?

We can help possibly - if your hair falls out. But I dont know if we can help if your eyeballs fall out. :lachen::lachen::lachen:

Thats what I was going to say. I agree with this.

IMHO I dont think you should put foreign products near your eyes. There are some eye products that you have to use very carefully so please dont take the chance.:nono:
 
There's a liquid called Revitalash that promotes eyelash growth. The guy who invented it made it for his wife who was a cancer patient. She lost all her hair but was most upset about losing her lashes. It works, but it's expensive. You can get it on Ebay for $80.

NOOOO....girl use castor oil. It thickens and strengthens your lashes and its all natural.
 
OK OK OK OK im not gonna put the MN on my lashes im going to try the castor oil mix. But then again im not sure, therse nothing really wrong with my lashes (i mean there not falling out or ne thing) so i guess ill just leave them alone.

what u mean castor oil mix?? Just apply straight up castor oil...only very,very little is needed before bed every night. Noticeable results seen in about 2 weeks.:yep:
 
Yesterday, I saw a bunch of pamphlets (at my OB/GYN's office, of all places) for a product/medication that is supposed to increase the length and thickness of eyelashes. I couldn't tell if it was prescription or not, though.

I dont know if there is a way to actually stimulate eyelash growth, but i have read they have the same problems as hair....lack of moisture, oil and protein.

So after you wash your face at night and your eyelashes are still wet, you can apply some oil to them to seal in the moisture. (or some of the mixtures the other ladies have been talking about)

Im glad you decided against it though.....and you said nothing was really wrong with your lashes anyway? :lachen:

Stop, No, Don't...DON'T I don't know if some posted it or not but using Castor Oil(regular or JBCO) and SAA(silk amino acids) are being used for lash growth. I used caster oil at night and have clear mascara which I added a couple of drops too. I'll find the thread in the skin forum.

ONE AGAIN DO NOT PUT MN ON YOUR LASHES. :lachen:

:grin::grin: Okay so i dont think i was ever going to put PURE MN on the lashes im not that slow. But i wondered if i lil' MN mix that iaec06 has on here, just all of a sudden fell across the top lashes what would happen. But after SECOND THOUGHT AND ALL THE ADVICE I'VE DECIDED TO SETTLE FOR CASTOR OIL & SAA. Like i said b4 there is nothing wrong with my lashes but just wanted to give them a little love and a growth spurt like the hairs on my head.


SORRY IF I SCARED ANY ONE BUT NO I WONT BE PUTTING ANY MN ON THE LASHES.:lachen::lachen::lachen:

:lachen::lachen: Your crazy. But you know what--Putting MN on your lashes would be like moisturizing your hair with it. People put MN on their scalp, so i guess you would have to put it on the base of your eyelashes if you were going to do it anyway. I would have love to see a picture though with MN all clumped up in your eyelashes. I would have laughed my @ss off. :lachen:

yeah it WAS JUST A THOUGHT but i plan on getting another Diggi camera today so i can track the progress with my hair. but maybe now ill track the lashes and put it in the makeup forum.:grin::grin:
