I CANT HELP IT i just wanna play in my hair  , im a self braider so whenever i feel or see a lil growth i'll take the braid out and rebraid the same one selveral times just so i can feel my texture. now my hair is NAPPY and i love it but the last two times i braided my hair it has been extremley soft and before this set i have now i got a good trim (it had been over a year since my last trim.) AND MY HAIR IS SOOOOO SOFT AND GRWOING, i think that once the semester is over ill drop out iof the crown n glory challange:( and just do protective styling over the summer (MAY-AUG)bc i just cant keep my HANDS out of my hAIR:p :p. i have started takin down some of the braids in the center and rebraided them using my real hair and i am so excited they feel so good and the ends are curling up they look so cute:p :p everyday as i apply my BT i get a lil smile on my face and my roomate just looks at like i am crazy.

Do you ladies have HAND IN HAIR DISEASE?????

I totally have HIHD. I love touching my hair but, I get too OCD about it. I always end up looking for knots/split ends or whatever. In fact I just redid ANOTHER braid at my desk (@ work). :)

I self braid too and I'm forever taking out a braid, and pressing it to see how long my hair has gotten. Having HIHD and braids is torture!! :whyme:

I do too. When I have ng I can't help but to rub my fingers up and down the ng because it feels so smooth. For the first week of a fresh relaxer, I can't stop combing.

I certainly have it. I play with the craziest part of my hair. The unruly crown. It is the one part of my hair that will not do what I want it to do. It flies away and does not respond to product and it does not really curl up or anything but I can't keep my hand out. Something about the wire like strands makes me crazy.

Another member of HIHD Anonymous, lol. I love playing in my hair but that can give me tangles so I try really hard to cut down.

Yes, I have the hand-in-hair disease. I just can't keep my hands out of my hair. I love playing with my coils when I'm wearing it shrunken, and I like twirling the ends of my twists! Natural hair is so much fun! :weird:
