Do I really have to wash & DC daily?

If I go swimming daily that is.

I just went swimming yesterday and took all the necessary steps to ensure my hair was protected but, I wanna go again today. Thing is, I just washed & DC'd it yesterday and really don't wanna have to go through the process every day if I plan on swimming that often.

Those of you who swim everyday, what is your hair routine?

If your hair is long enough to bun, coat your hair in DC and bun it up about 30 min before you go swim, and then just do your normal shampoo/con when you are done.
