Diva Smooth is keeper for me!!!!

I just received my diva smooth serum thursday and decided to try it last night. I followed the instruction and keep the Diva smooth serum in my hair over night.

I must admit when applying it, I was wondering why I even brought this product. I was kind of sloppy with the application. I became frustrated because i did have some of the diva smooth serum drip on my ears, neck, etc. I applied it with my hands, sometimes the applicator brush. Next time I think I will simply use a comb to apply it as if it was a relaxer and use my hands.

I rinsed the serum out of the hair and then preceeded with shampoo, Deep Con. & winse.

My hair felt stronger and softer. I could tell my curl pattern had changed. My NG are much looser. I blow dryed my hair and flat iron( using the coconut serum from diva smooth... It smeels really yummy:lick:)

My hair is perfectly straight as if I had a relaxer, This is clearly a staple. I will conitnue using it and refer this product to my mom.

Thanks for the information. I keep seeing those Dive Smooth ads but have been to afraid to actually purchase since I haven't heard much about it. By any chance do you know the ingredients in the product?

Now you know diva how we do on here this is my first time so please don't be mad but:

the website is Janellebeauty.com. Then from there click on the part that says Dive Smooth.

Or you can click on the big banner for it on lhcf.

Are you natural or relaxed? If I can use this without worrying about burns, it would end my current styling dilemma. If you can, please give more info about this and how you do it.

I love it too! I would love it even more if the price went down and the quantity went up....but beggers can't be choosy I guess. But yea this is definately a staple for me. (may marks my 8th month of transition, with Diva Smooth it has been a piece of cake)

I would agree with the overpriced part. I make my own similar treatments........ so no need for the expense.......... I would never buy it.

The coconut Serum is lushious though.... Smells great......:lick: I went to the health food store and smelled every EO to see what that wonderful fragrance was.................:yep:

I for got to mentioned one more very very important detail. YES YOU GET SWING, BOUNCE, movement in your hair!!! My hair is soft and it smells good. I went to an office party and all the WF where I worked asked me what I did to my hair.

I have not used it honey.....

But from what I understand- it is a pre poo - leave on for 45 minutes... Shampoo - condition ( I guess ) Blow Dry and flat iron.

Go to Janellebeauty.com for more info.........
BTW - my Flat iron days take 7 hours, so I understand..

Do you have to use heat? Or can you just use it as a prepoo? I don't want my hair straight, i just want to stretch it out some, ive tried banding but :nono:.

No - you don't have to..... It is like any other homemade honey/ olive oil treatment.... there are lots of recipes out there

I have never heard of this. I just bought OK Chocolate Keratin (like 10 minutes ago). Anyway, I'll research this too. It may be an option for my mom who hasn't had a relaxer in over 20 years and is wary to try anything on her hair.

*bump* has anyone else had good results with diva smooth? i'm done with relaxers, and maybe this will be a good intermediate step before BKT.

wow! that's a lot. mines take 1 1/2 hrs to flat iron long or short. well a little longer short because it was the first time and i originally intended to wear it straight. i can't imagine taking so long to do my hair. bless you!:look:

BUMPING for naturals like me who want other alternatives....how are the treatments? Anyone still using this? How is the condition of your hair after repeated use?

May straighten inNov or Dec (after a long braided period) and want to know if I should order this.

Doing the bump....

My sister just asked me about this product, but there aren't many reviews on it. I guess she'll have to take the chance and order.
