Is the diva smooth serum considered as a heat protectant as well?

I will Bkt my hair after that is done. In the following weeks after the BKt after washing my hair and all, I'm thinking of using it as a heat protectant just in case. I just dont want to damage my hair.

I checked it out. Doesn't label itself as a heat protectant. But I'm one that believes that no product can prevent heat damage from occurring when extreme heat is used. I say just make sure your hair is in its best condition & well moisturized so that you don't have to do too many passes and your hair will be just fine using the serum.
