DIGESTIVE ENZYME SUPPLEMENT

I recently saw a post about taking digestive enzyme to help break vitamins down for digestive purposes but now I can't find the post. Can someone direct me to it or in the alternative, suggust a good digestive enzyme supplement for me to purchase . thanks.

I'm going to start taking something called Digestiol. I ordered it online from swanson vitamins. It contains all the digestive enzymes to help break down food and any supplements you take.

i dont use them but learned online that pineapple and papaya are supposed to be the best
