I wanted to know what was a good enzyme. I havent been noticing nothing with the variety of vitamins i take and i've been taking them for months. Thanks in advance.

An excellent one I've heard of is called Primal Defense. Its avail at most health stores or natural foods grocers I'm sure. or try gardenoflife.com

ALso I Think that acidophilus is an enzyme type vitamin?
