Whatever your frequency of use, can y'all tell me if you find them drying to hair in any way?

I am intersted in using one when I do conditioner washes at the gym this winter to get most or all of the moisture out of my hair.....

Is a blowdryer with a diffuser attachment as drying as a blowdryer and a comb, for instance, would be on most heads?

From my understanding they aren't as drying as a blowdryer, I would compare them to a dome hair dryer or maybe a little less so depending on what setting it's on. HTH

i used to use a diffuser and my hair turned out looking horrible so i gave it away.

i would love to know how to use it and what kind works best.(big dome or the kind you slip on the end of your blowdryer) i stopped using heat and i airdry but now my morning time is limited so i need to get my hair dry quick. thanks for any info.-mari
