I have taken my vitamins regularly for at least 6 months now. I take a liquid vitamin because its the only way I will take them. Natures Plus Source of Life Multi-vitamin.

I'm going to pick up a bottle of the gummi vitamins (1 a day?) to take with me when I travel.
