Please excuse me if this is old...

www.sandrarose.com...scroll down a little bit...

It says:

Are the ladies on the Long Hair Care Forum delusional?

If you’re not familiar with the Long Hair Care Forum, click here. Some time ago I created a post informing them that their attempts to grow hair faster is futile because hair only grows at one speed - and they banned me! :(

I’ve been meaning to post about this for a while now but I never got around to it. They didn’t even give me a reason for banning me. I guess too much common sense shakes their confidence or something.

I still lurk over there and I shake my head at all the misinformation I see. Everybody knows that human hair only grows at a rate of half an inch per month. I don’t care what you put in your hair its not going to grow any faster. And some black women can’t grow hair at all due to genetics.

I really believe some of those chicks over there are delusional. For instance, the name of the forum is Long Hair Care - yet none of them can agree on what the definition of long hair is. Some say shoulder length, while others say arm pit length with still others say bra strap length.

I have included a photo I just took of my invisible fusions which takes about a day to put in - and for which I paid a grip I might add. The ladies on the long hair forum would consider my hair to be just above my shoulder blade. By their standards, my tresses are not long. Go figure.

My goodness....I go to her site for my daily dose of entertainment news and nearly choked on my water when I saw this...wow is all i can say

Oh lawd!:rolleyes: Whatever! Has it occurred to her that she was probably banned for being a "troll"? Most newbies wouldn't start off by making those types of posts. The moderators aren't going to allow someone to post negative comments like that. They probably read what she posted (saw right through this and realized that she joined to cause trouble). As for the sisters here being "delusional", my response is the "proof is in the pics and fotkis." If she didnt believe that, she should have gone to the LHCF meeting in Vegas last month and meet some of those ladies in person.

As for the "genetic" argument, there are several ladies here that have been told the same thing but with exercise, good nutrition, and healthy hair practices, they have proved that theory wrong. Instead of knocking the site for what it does, she should really pay attention to what it has to offer. Maybe she can learn what it takes for her to grow hair instead of "paying a grip for fusion extensions". Not being nasty about this, just telling it like it is.

Seriously!!!!!!!!!! :nono: Danngone shame how black women have been brainwashed so thoroughly into believing that they MUST buy their hair, that some even tear down those who dare to think different. Crabs in a barrell mentality, is all that is - somebody is delusional, but it's not us!

I hope, at least, that her negativity will have the positive result of leading some ladies here who might not have otherwise found us.

*sucksteeth*

Genetics, indeed. DAMN! We are STILL buying into that mess, ain't we??? :nono:

Isn't Karma funny! She's the main one who takes pride in banning folks from her site and looked what happened to her. She seemed so upset to not be a part of something she feels entitled to. I'm glad she got banned it keeps her from sharing her negativity on this site. Ha Ha

SR's post is really bizarre and not worth the time of day. I am alarmed at the unwarranted attention this site is getting though; let's hope Bev and Nikos are armed against attacks from hackers. The Long Hair Community got shut down that way once.

She's just :violin: cause she got called out in the ET forum for her telling bold arse lies on her own website! LOL :lachen:

If she still lurks, thanks for the LHCF shout out! Maybe some of your readers will learn something over here about how to really care for their hair!

Y'all really need to stop feeding trolls and bringing all this negativity back to lhcf. Every time yall post a negative blog, site, youtube or whatever it just gives them attention and causes drama here, and brings in a bunch of new drama seeking members. Let them pout and whine, it doesnt change the results of good hair care practices that the women here have and will continue to reap. :locked:
