Did sally's change the silk elements relaxer formula?

I have been relaxing my hair with silk elements for some time now win great results until recently. It seems that I am not getting the same results anymore. Currently, my hair very under processed. And the time before last
It was really over-processed. I don't know if it is user error but I used the exact same method both times with 2 extreme differences. I don't know anyone else has been having this same issue with this particular relaxer.
Btw I am a self relaxer and the over processing did cause me to have a setback ( I had to cut my almost app hair to shoulder length)

I hope you're wrong - I've used SE for several years too, and LOVE the results. My March relaxer was perfect using the half and half method.

I Hope I am wrong too. Maybe I am going through one of those texture changes as I get older. Its becoming more resisitant or something. IDK
