Silk Elements Has UnderProcessed me 2x In a Row!

I applied Silk Elements regular on 11/28/2007 and was under processed.... I had the nerve to try a corrective on 1/18/2008 with Silk Elements.

Ewww, I got the same underprocessed results.....yes, I smoothed and rubbed. Dag, I got better results from TCB when I was in high school! WTH!

I have fine blow-away hair...any suggestions?

Aww, sorry to hear that. I switched to this relaxer after I ran out of Mizani butter blend and it worked wonders for me and dd(better for her than me(I scratched). Did it underprocess because you had to rinse out early or what?

I don't know if relaxer expires but did you do the corrective with a fresh batch or the same jar as before?

Maybe you should increase the amount of time you leave the relaxer on your hair. The suggested time will is not a cookie cutter for every hair. The timing depends on the hair type.
