Did Emergencee two days ago, ok to relax right now?

Hey all!

Quick question, I did an emergencee treatment two days ago...is it ok to relax now? Couldnt find the answer to this here quick

Hey LB, I actually do this every time. Well, maybe not 2 days before, more like 4 days.

Like tonight I will be an Emergencee or similar treatment to give my hair some extra protein for relaxing this Sunday.

I am not sure if it helps as much as I'd like the think, but it makes me feel good to have that extra insurance.

I agree that you need at least 3 days after shampooing (including using treatments, etc) your hair, before you relax.

I would say 4 days is best and make sure to keep the manipulation to a minimum. Share pics girl
