There was a thread some time ago re:Denman brushes.

If any of you are considering the purchase of a Denman, I suggest that you log on to the Denman website, or a website which distributes the Denman brushes. It is best, in my opinion, to read the descriptions of the different styles so that you order the model that is best for the length and texture of your hair.

Denman has also produced a cool hair roller. It has this special heating coil that is supposed to give the hair a smooth, sleek set. You also do not need to use pins or clips.

Also, check out the Mason Pearson hair brush. Mason Pearson produces hand-made boar bristle brushes, and are perhaps the best in the world. My older brother has one, and it makes his natural hair very nice and shiny. They are *very* expensive, but most likely the last brush you will purchase.
