OH MY LAWD KIZZY I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS LOL,

My good friend and natural hair stylist, Anne came to do my hair she, based my scalp with Vaseline and got the relaxer on my head in 3mintures, first she parted my hair in four sections and applied the relaxer at the front first where my newgrowth is the kinkiest, she parted and applied the creme working from front to back.

After Anne applied the relaxer to the entire head she combed the newgrowth through for about the first 10 minutes before pulling the creme down to the underprocessed areas. For the last 10 minutes she applied the relaxer to the the 5-6 inches of texturized ends, before again combing through with a fine tooth comb. I use the comb because my hair is thick and very resistant.

We followed the timing guide of 22 minutes for coarse hair as I had a fair amount of new growth, she thoroughly rinsed out the relaxer, and neutralised with proclaim, before she slapped the conditioner on, I took a glance at my hair in the mirror I couldn’t believe how shiny, soft and healthy my hair looked and this is BEFORE I PUT THE CONDITIONER ON.

I sat under the drier for 15-20 minutes with SE moisturising treatment, and had it rinsed out I really loved the way my hair felt. I wish i had remembered to purchase the sachets for you, I think you would have loved it.I’m really getting the PJ twitch the other silk elements conditioners ingredients sounds so good, I’m heading back to Sally’s next week.

The trick is you must have it applied quickly this will cut down on the possibility of overprocessing. You will do great especially with the mild it gives you a lot of time, you just need light smoothing and don't leave the relaxer on the undeprocessed areas for long. Just keep your hair ultra moisturied after the relaxer, use porosity control conditioner followed by a deep conditioner.

I used the regular, It took a while to straighten, because i had heavily coated my hair with moisturisers a week prior. I've used mild relaxers before though, I just mentioned that the mild would be better for Kizzy since she has fine hair.

Thank God!! Everything has gone to plan, my old texturized ends are way straighter with very loose waves. I find that my hair is holding moisture better. I can't wait to read about your results when you receive the SE relaxer.

Thank-you for the compliment, i think your hair is gorgeous can't wait to be at your length. A corrective is, just where you reapply a relaxer over hair that was previously underprocessed.
