Deep Wave "curlformers"... Hmmmm

@BlackMasterPiece , do you still use these and like them? Would you mind PMing where you got yours?

@YvetteWithJoy , would you mind saying where you got yours as well? Did you lose hair on the install?

I bought mine from ebay seller roger-shop: https://www.ebay.com/usr/roger-shop?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2754

I bought 3 packs of the 50cm ones (20 per pack). Total was less than $30. I also bought some shorter ones I don't use.

Roger-shop appears out of them.

You could try googling the product name, "water wave roller curler."

Can I get a PM too? I think I need these. :yep:

Hey yall, sadly the seller I got it from no longer sells them  here's another seller that has them at 11inches link

I haven't tried them since the 1st time but I plan to give them another go, I wish I could find them at 20inches to accomodate the longest 18inch sections of my head.

Thanks! Unfortunately they won't fit me. I was 16ish inches last I checked.

Thank you too @YvetteWithJoy!

I have shampoo in my twists right now and I'm thinking about trying these again. :look:

I watched her video above. She put nothing in her hair except setting foam.

I recently got some Texture ID Thermal Multi-Styling Foam from Sally's (my intention was to get the foam SHE used in the video, but the sales lady talked me into trying the Texture ID brand, since I can always return it).

If I try these wavy curlformers today, I'm going to apply nothing but the foam, comb it through like she did, be heavy handed, and dry under the dryer -- only removing them once completely dry.

I tried to look at how much hair she put in each curlformer, and I tried to study her technique. If it fails, I'll just apply Shea butter and twist and band for an elongated twist out.

It's a no. No matter how much hair I use or how I pull it through, the hair still looks curly inside the curlformer. Twist out it is.
