Pumpkin seeds contain fatty oils with linoleic acid and oleic acid, both known to prevent cancer-causing cell production. They are also an excellent source of vitamins A, B6 and C. In addition, the seeds contain beneficial nutrients like zinc, magnesium, calcium and iron.It contains "cucurbitin", a unique amino!

Also, The oil from pumpkin seeds are believed to effect testosterone and androgen levels in the body. Lack of androgens in the body is believed to be a primary cause of hair loss. Eating a handful of seeds a day can benefit in the fight for hair growth.

Both of these were borrowed from web sources. However, I have also heard that this oil was quite moisturizing. So I've been salivating for it ever since. Now I finally have it and yeah I def. think you should try this oil. Its pretty amazeballs.

I was thinking the same thing lol, my hair prefers an equal balance of Protein and Moisture and thrives without any heat or to much manipulation. How about yours?

Yes to the above. But hair likes some heat. And it does better being straight. So I will be blow drying on my dry hair more, to straighten. I can do that, and not have to flat iron it bone straight. Blow drying gets it straight, and it still has volume.

Reading bout ya'll talking bout some Pumpkin Oil, has made me order a 4oz bottle. I've ordered about 10 bottles of oil this month. I saw some Garden of Wisdom Grapeseed Oil at TJ Maxx, I also ordered the Pumpkin Oil from GofW.

@Lita, girl, girl, girl, you have gone buckwild this month with hair stuff. I am a total rookie compared to you :lachen:. I have almost 4 full boxes of stuff going to Sojourners next week.....which will give me more room for more stuff :yep:.

Hmmm.......I've had disastrous results in the past experimenting with heat, so I strayed like a mad dog :look:. Maybe I'll come around this year and not alienate my flat iron as much...I'm sure she's missing me :lol:.
