Maybe a couple are - although a few of her friends have hair that is as long or longer than hers. One of her friends has TBL hair that is drool-worthy. Sadly, another of of her little friends had long, thick hair, got her first relaxer last year - we all know the rest of the story...
sipp100 - we need a new government agency CHPS - Children's Hair Protective Services! That is a violation!
Meanwhile--good job, Mommy. DD is just now starting to get a little funny about her hair. Right now she's saying she wants to wear her hair "different." Who know what that will morph into as she gets older. We'll see.
