DC'ing...how long do you?

30 mins with steam
1 hr with heat therapy wrap

I do 20-30 min under the dryer and get good results. I never go longer because I'm a roller setter and the whole process of washing, DCing, setting and drying already takes 3.5 hours.

I have low porosity so i ALWAYS use heat (conditioning cap), for usually about 30mins-1 hour.

15-30mins. leaving it in longer is due to being lazy, or running out of time to jump back in the shower and rinse. i have learned it is useless for me to leave conditioner in that long. nothing magical happens if i leave it in longer. plus, i don't want to over moisturize my hair by keeping it in a plastic cap all day.
