D.C. LCHF Meeting Turned out Wonderful.

Ladies,
I had a wonderful time last Saturday. The Lord works in mysterious ways. We were supposed to have lunch at Cheesecake Factory but the wait would have been 2-3 hours. We ended up going across the street to Bertucci's. Bertucci’s environment was great for our lunch. I could actually have conversations with everyone at the table. The waiter was really nice. JenniferMD, Ms. K, and I get the award for staying the longest. We didn't leave until 6pm.
As usually we talked about everything and it really seemed like we were old friends. I can't wait for the next pow wow in January. I promise I will find a restaurant with intimate setting and round table. Estee- I got your message. Thanks for letting me know you were not able to make it.
JenniferMD- You are such a bright, young woman. Glad to see our newest D.C. member could make it.
Ms. Kenesha- It is always a pleasure to see you. Your hair looks so healthy and bouncy. I guess it pays to be in love. Thanks for my Xtina Cd. I love it. I need to figure out about our Baltimore meeting in the springtime since you are getting married in April. We have to make sure it does not conflict with your wedding preparation.
Melodee- I didn't realize you were hiding all that beautiful hair in your braids at the last meeting. Don't tell the others but you may be my newest hair inspiration. You have the length and thickness that I want.
Umsummayah- You are such a deep and intelligent sister. I always enjoy talking to you. I always feel enlightened.
Joyemerald- I think your baby girl will be our youngest member yet. She is such a good baby and just adorable. Thanks for being so kind and patient while we work out the kinks at Cheesecake.
Little Bit- Glad to see you could make it to our meeting.
Danesha- I heard it through the grapevine that you may become a member. It appears we were able to convince you to join the best hair club in the world.
Lover- You have a sister thinking hard about going natural. Your hair looks great. Your personality really added to the jovial mood on Saturday. Tell little sis thanks for doing the grace before our meal. I hope she becomes a member.
Ladies, you prove that black women can have healthy, beautiful hair. It is such a joy to be able to meet a group of women devoid of attitude and hatorade. I will post the pictures shortly since I have everyone's approval.

Cleo- No, problem. We didn't sit down to lunch until 3pm anyway. So don't ever think you are too late for the meetinds. Please try to come in January.

Yes, only because we felt guilty for taking up the table for so long. We also went back to Cheesecake to take some cheesecake home.

Melodee, I have to 2nd what Sbaker said about your hair it is gorgeous and I love your highlights as well.
Sbaker, I think both Danisha and I are going to steal your hairstyle. I plan on going to a shop near my house this weekend and asking them to do that style!
