What have you learned this week on LCHF?

I will go first.....I learned to keep my reggie VERY SIMPLE!

-i've learned that my hair is indeed growing...slowwwly...but growing nonetheless!

One more for me.....i was not able to buy PIBBS 514 on discount this week! That is my NEXT BIG hair product purchase for the spring.
