Please help...Henna and Touchup

I have offically jumped on the henna bandwagon. Thanks to all you wonderful LCHF ladies...I am very excited and scared at the same time. I have to get a touchup in around 2-3 weeks. I would like to do my first henna/indigo before my touchup.
How long should I wait before or after my touchup to do my first henna/indigo treatment? I have 4a/b dry hair!!! Thank in advance for all the advice.

I don't have a relaxer so I cannot answer about that. As for the dry hair I would suggest you use a some oil in the Henna and a good moisturizing conditioner after use.
