Hello everybody!

I start to wash my natural hair with shikakai and amla and to use maka for my conditioning traitment (I can i believe I slept on this it is so moisturizing!
Thank you Candy C!)

But my hair love CPR motions to death and there is Dimethicone peg 8 Isostearate in this stuff!

I know that some silicones are water soluble but even after read all about them in the forum I can't figure if this one will cause me build up later if i use it with my ayurvedic regiment.

What do you think about it?

I love Motions stuff...I keep all 3 of their conditioners in rotation (CPR-Moisture Plus-Oil Moisturizer). Simply buy another conditioner...a cheapo if you want WITHOUT cones, and switch off every so. The Vedic stuff shouldn't interfere and vice versa. With CPR you'll want to do that anyway since it's a protein based conditioner. I think rotating products, esp. conditioners, helps stave off build up and allow you to avoid harsh clarifying shampoos.

For any that do not know...maka=bhringraj.

Hi Colibri,

"dimethicone peg 8" is a water soluble cone -- i don't remember why, but the "peg" connected with a cone makes it water soluble -- i remember this from a while back when I did some serious reseach on cones. . .

I'm so happy!:yawn::yawn: Thank you a lot!

I was afraid that the "Isostearate" change something.

I will mix the cpr conditioner with maka (thank you Jameraa to have say it is bhringraj), It will be the perfect conditioner for me.
