country life biotin?

so...I read a post that said that Country Life biotin was almost a waste of money.

what's up w/ that?

I heard the same thing, but since I had bought the bottle I finished it and moved on to Freeda which I love.

Folks on the board seem to love Puritan Pride and Freeda as brands.

i just ordered some PP biotin...i really want this 1 inch/month thing going on.

I was taking CL Biotin (5mg) for 10 or so wks during the summer.... I recvd a ton of growth with it

... then my mom reminded me that my hair grows pretty fast anyway....

so now I'm wondering if the growth was really a result of CL Biotin or not

Anyway, I still take it maybe once a wk.... I've lowered to 1mg
