Er...the only thing I worry about when two multis are taken at the same time is taking too much of the oil soluble vitamins A, D... Too much A apart from being toxic can lead to hair loss...although I think the amount that would cause that would have to be pretty high. Someone once posted a thread about toxicity levels. I will see if I can find it and post it for you to compare. What I wound up doing when I found myself with a hair multi and a regular multi is alternate the two...taking one kind one day and the other the other day. I plan on changing my regimen though and sticking the with multi that provides the most all round vits and then supplementing with the hair "usual suspects" sold separately.

Does your Ultra Hair have MSM? If not, you might want to add that, since when taken with vitamin C it leads to stronger, faster growing hair. Drink lots of water when you take it.

Otherwise, I think you're on the right track. Oh...if you do get breakouts, it's probably due to too much biotin so you may have to increase your B5 intake or cut back on biotin. B5 is great for acne. You may find drinking a lot of water will help with breakouts too.

OK, I'll hush up now.

I found the URL for the toxicity guidelines previously posted by JenJen2721 (Thank you, Jen

Vitamin Toxic Levels

I guess if your combined multis don't exceed those amounts, you're OK toxicity-wise. But how the high amounts of any repeated vitamins affect how the others work or how your body processes them, I don't know. I still think if you can stick to one multi and then supplement that with the single hair vits you know are OK even in high amounts, then you're better off.

There has to be a reason someone packed the vits in the ratios they are packed in each multi; and stability may not be the only reason.
