I meant to go back and comment on your trimming post too. I agree with everything you said! Especially where you said when you air dry your ends LOOK as though they need trimming. I didn't air dry when I shampooed my hair last, (I used my dryer, but on cool and sometimes warm) and my ends look great! If I would have air dryed I probably would have trimmed them not realizing I really didn't need to.

Anyway, keep up the good work and thanks for the posts!

Hey Healthy Hair Homies!

Thank you so much for your kind words or encouragement and feedback.

I think it's fair to let y'all know

that sense the time that I wrote my regimen up for the lovely Beverly, I have really gotten into the Biolage line. That's the PJ in me. I'm now using my Nature's Therapy Conditioner for a pre-shampoo treatment.

Also, Allandra encouraged me to re-evaulate my hair type after we had our meeting and I think I'm more of a 3C/4A. But that's only a tad different from 4A/B.
