it's nice. i'm not gonna change how i wash my hair but i do like her website. she's informative and encouraging black women to grow it long so what's not to like

I wash with shampoo and deep condition on Saturdays but I condition wash and air dry on Wednesdays. It works for me and my hair loves it. There have been times that I condition washed every other day and my hair was just fine. I also have 4a/b thick hair.
