I am trying to combat dryness and breaking. I washed and DCd yesterday and tried to airdry and flexi only to end up with a HAM.

Is it too much to DC again today? My hair feels dry as a bone.

I don't think it would be too much. I've seen posts were folks have had bad experiences, and need to wash and DC to get hair back to where it started.

I found my staple DC and I'm really happy with them.

My mid week wash I go for a less intensive DC with Kendra MC

My friday more thorough wash I go for Biolage Conditioning Balm with Biolage For/hydro therapie Ceramides

Both DC include a tspn of honey, tspn of some eos (I switch up) and 2 ml of SAA.

Even if you son'd have the saa (I just started using) try adding the honey for boost.

I think if your hair is not feeling and looking right you should wash again. It' better to wash and dc then to end up with breakage and trying to manipulate it too much.

I completely understand the dryness. My hair was going through chronic dryness because of a medical condition. I overcame it with co-washing. The Herbal Essences line was a miracle worker for me!!!!!!!!!!!!! It'll give you great slip and lots of moisture. I co-wash daily. My hair is darker, thicker, healthier, growing fast and BEAUTIFUL! My fav. HE conditioners are Hello Hydration and Color Me Happy (makes my hair bling!)

TIP: After rinsing off the conditioner with cool water and while my hair is still wet, I run a dime size of Color Me Happy through my hair and leave it in. Love the slip & no breakage when i comb.
