Co-washing: V05 Kiwi and Lime conditioner or Kenra MC. I also just bought Tresemme naturals moisturizing conditioner for this purpose and im bout to order some WEN thanks to Je Nais Sais Quois
Deep conditioning: Kenra MC or Je Veux Revitalizing hair mud mask
Leave-in: John Masters citrus & neroli detangler, Rusk Smoother or newly acquired KCKT
Detangling: Shescentit avocado rinse
Protein: Joico K-Pak reconstructor or Aveda Damage Remedy
Other purposes (state how you use it): Too long to list. Giovanni direct(leave in), Hairveda Sitrinillah(sp) as a DC, Shescentit banana brulee conditioner(DC), Philip Kingsley Elasticizer as a pre-poo(im almost out so im using sparingly) etc.

Hey MrsJaiDiva can you be a bit more specific about how you make this? What is AVJ and what are ceramide oils? How much of each ingredient do you use? Thanks!

AOWC = Aubrey Organics White Camelia
AVJ = Aloe Vera Juice
The ceramide oils I use are Hemp, and Wheatgerm. The rundown on ceramides can be found here: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=591205. I love them...they've done wonders for my hair, especially with my heavy protein use.

I don't measure for the spray bottle....I just sort of sight guide it. About 1/4 to 1/2 of an Inch of product, and then the rest is all water. If taken to adding 1/4 teaspoon of ylang ylang now, for smell as well as for hair health. The contents don't blend, so you have to shake it right before spraying. HTH!!

Deep conditioning: GVP Conditioning Balm (knock off of Biolage)
Leave-in: Giovanni Direct Leave-in (use to hate it but now I love it)
Detangling: N/A for the moment
Protein: Aphogee 2 Min Reconstructor
Other purposes (state how you use it): I like using GDLI also as a moisturizer. Sometimes I use Suave condish as a dc.

Deep conditioning: I've added oils to VO5 and it worked really well so it's my favorite in terms of efficacy and price

Leave-in: Just Natural Skincare Detangler but I wanted to use something more accessible on the ground... haven't found one yet but haven't needed it either

Protein: I've been adding hydrolyzed proteins to conditioners to make protein conditioners but I've found that Irish moss, coconut water and coconut cream as a homemade conditioner make my hair strong but very soft also.

For the 10% of time I don't have my hair straight or blown out, I give my hair a break by wearing a moisturized afro. I do it with Aussie Moist conditioner, grease, and water. Ya'll, when I tell you how much slip and moisture I have with those two mixes! It's a dream!

Cowashing: Was Silk Dreams Destination Hydration, but the formula changed so I'll have to go with Shea Moisture Restorative Conditioner.

Deep Conditioning: Still searching, but my default is AOWC.

Leave-In: Tate's Miracle Conditioner.

Detangling: Tate's Miracle Conditioner.

Protein: Silk Dreams Shea What.

From what I remember, it melted tangles and made the hair soooo soft.
