Benifits are more moisture, and just as clean hair without the stripping from shampoos. more managble hair, less tangling during the washing process, just overall better condition. i dont strictly no poo, but i do mostly wash my hair with conditioners ( i usually use more than one). with a shampoo when i feel its needed. although i know this might not work for everyone, i have no scalp issues whatsoever, this might not work for someone with any kind of scalp problem
i love it! i am natural and my hair LOVES IT! i do it mainly for convenience..moisture comes next. i dont use ANY HEAT whatsoever on my hair! it air drys.

clean and smell good hair
more manageable
more moisturized
soft and thicker
Its better to airdry to feel the nice texture of your hair. I have been doing the ponytail method by airdrying in a ponytail and it keeps my new growth under control. When I do rollersets, I get better results airdrying than drying under a hooded dryer.

I may have to try this conditioning wash. How often do you do this?
And do any of you ladies condition wash with twist/flat twists?
My hair is natural and I am now sporting twist/flat twists, which will probably be my signature style for the summer. My hair is about an inch from bra strap (fine but thick), so I don't look forward to the combouts.
how long u leave the conditioner on?When I condition wash I do a sort of Deep Conditioning process,I put the conditioner or watery cholesterol all over my head ,I gently massage the scalp and leave it on 15 min under hooded dryer,my hair feels, smells and look great!Seems th moment I wash my hair 3x a week, Condition washes are important in order to keep my hair well moisturized and avoid products build up.(I m crazy for creamy moisturizer and sometimes I use 2much of it!)
I am 4b relaxed and am a recent convert to condition washing twice a week -- benefits are moisturized, clean, bouncy hair all the time. I leave conditioner on at least 10 minutes up to 1/2 hour before rinsing out.
