Your hair is coming along great!

(Um, it's about dang time you updated! )

I'm so happy you are making nice progress. Just keep babying your nape area and it will eventually fill in. I like your avatar pic too:yep:.

Thanks! I will. Also, I've stepped up my deep conditioning frequency cause i got lazy with the conditioning washes. I had to get back on track.

Ladies, I will update more often, even if i have to hunt down my sister's camera to do it!

Nice! It looks really healthy and shiny! I got diagnosed with anemia a couple months ago, I get it often, and was wondering what specifically does it do to the hair? How long does the iron take to kick in and help with breakage or shedding? Back on topic though, you should be super sneaky like and start borrowing your sister's camera for more updates!

I've suffered breakage too b/c of my anemia... but I have started taking my iron pills faithfully so hopefully I can have great progress (like you)

AMazing improvement. Your hear is sooo much healthier now. Great work! Keep it up cause I"m looking forward to seeing your progress!

aww... thanks ladies! I'm glad i can help. Anemia causes hair loss or repeated breakage in one or more areas of your hair. it also causes slow growth. I don't know how long the iron takes to kick in. I take daily multivitamins to help with the growth and deep condition more often to stop the breakage.
