Color and Curly Perm????

Would it be safe to color and curly perm Indian Remy hair in the same day? Also what drug store hair color(s) could I use to acheive this hair color:

I curly permed my indianhair than color it and it was fine I used bleach to lift it to my desired shade

Loreal Quick Blue bleach with 30 or 40 creme developer....

your right i did wait a few days i actually curly permed than sewed it in, a few days later, I did the highlights...
