co washing...

Hi ladies,

I would like to co wash my hair as well as regularly, but I notice that allot of conditioners give me bad build up, what conditioners would you recommend to co wash with?

I would say Aussie mosit or organix coconut.... Love them both

Last night I use Garnier Fructis Moisture Works. It works for me.

ITA...... I love Aussie moist....... I don't have bulid up from my cowashes, I pair my cowash w/ my ACV rinse. 1 part ACV 2 parts distilled water and 10-15 drops of 2 different EO's.

But is it possible to co wash and put something like mega-Tek on your scalp? Maybe this is why I get build up?
