Co Wash Without Build-up/ Rinses Clean?

Ladies, I have recently converted to co-washing and I am now a believer. I usually get my hair cornrowed by a braider and co-wash every few days with this. I try to keep my cornrows at least 4 weeks. I wear a wig over it. I try to give my hair air at home when I'm relaxing or asleep

I really like it, but I find that it leave a bit of build up underneath the braids that makes me itch. Do you guys know any co-washes that rinse clean? Or maybe I need to undo my braids more often? I'm trying to do low manipulation.

BTW I have 4c natural hair

Is this good for 4c hair? Sorry forgot to put that in my OP

My DNA. 4c hair and I can detangle with ease. Hate the poo but love love love the leave in. It was sold in Sally’s but I have to order from house of beauty. Worth every penny!!!

If you're cowashing braids build up is inevitable at the root and throughout the braid. Build up will occur no matter which product you use.
So YES if you like to cowash often and are realizing the benefits of it you're going to have to take those braids down sooner than every 4 weeks.
