love of co-wash making me waste $60

I got big senegalese braids last week so I could cut down on manipulation and also cuz I was sick of twistouts... I havent co-washed since... Ive not gone 3 days witout co-washing sinnce January and I feel like a crackhead right now.. FEIN'in....

I have been doing Ayurvedic rinses so Im convinced the need to co-wash is in my head

Tell me Im not crazy for thinking about taking these braids out so I can get my co-wash & scritch on!

Try to hang in there since you spent the money, but I know how you feel. I have to CO-wash every night, which is why I do not flat-iron often because it takes me awhile to flat-iron my hair in tiny sections and then the next day, I want to CO-wash after all that time and effort I put into flat-ironing. It is a compulsion. It is an addiction, which is hard to overcome. I do understand, but try to resist.
