Right now, I'm on a "No Heat" personal challenge. I wash and condtion my hair with Aveda Sap Moss or Matrix Curl.Life just about every day or every couple of days (depending on my degree of laziness in the mornings). I use MnT conditioner as a leave-in before applying Curly Meringue on my crown and Curly pudding on the length on my pony. So basically I don't do anything but slick my hair back into a ponytail. I apply Surge and Original MTG to my scalp. I believe my results with MTG are very positive 'cause my natural hair hangs longer without being stretched. Plus I straightened a small section of hair in the back of my hair and it seemed to be at least couple of inches past bra strap.

At the time of my most recent pics I washed and conditioned with MnT Shampoo and Conditioner mixed with a generous amount of honey. I stretched the length of my pony with a blow dryer on cool and set it rods with MnT condtioner (without honey). That style would last me about 3-4 days.

The simpler the hairstyle the better for me...

hey do you guys use MnT deep conditioner or the normal one....(i am about to order some now)
