Chi Pro Dryer - Yay or Nay?

i have this dryer and have had for about 4 years. I LOVE IT! It is quiet, lightweight and relatively powerful, but my hair doesn't come out scorched.

Hmmm...now that I am transitioning, I need to find that doggone diffuser attachment...off to look...

I just ordered the Sedu Ionic blow dyer....

Butterfly, can you get one of those new iconic vented brushes and use with your dryer, that should work really well...you'll just have to get used to using both hands.

If you contact the makers of Chi, they will send you an attachment for FREE! Just don't tell them if you got it from any kind of discount store (like Marshalls or TJ Maxx) But yeah, I have a chi hand held dryer and it's da truth!

I wonder will the rocket comb attachment fit the Pro? What's the number I need to call?

ETA: Girl, THANK YOU! I just called (see below) and they are sending me a comb for free....now I don't know if it fits my Pro or not, but it only cost me a phone call, so...

ya'll got me on the case...on the phone with chi now... LOL...I called 1-800-237-9175 and asked for cutomer service....

ETA: They are sending the comb attachment to my home address! That's it. No money, no hassle. I hope it fits bc it will save me some straining with my denman trying to blowdry my hair.

Just got my comb attachment for the Chi! It FITS MY CHI PRO!!! All I did was say I needed a new comb attachemnt for my dryer. (Altho- I did say I had a Rocket, when in fact I have a Pro) Now I have diffuser, concentrated nozzle and a nice and sturdy COMB!!! YAY!!!

That's why I love LHCF... I would never have thought to just call CHI and ask for a comb attachment that my dryer didn't even come with....

I wish I had ordered the comb before I returned my Chi, now I'd feel bad. Still, I am going to offer to pay for it, it looks like it may fit my Fhi. I am desperate.

I'm not too coordinated with the brush and dryer.

I would try it. Just call Chi and tell them you need a new comb attachment for the rocket. They will ask for your address and send it free. At worst, you will be in the same situation you are now, at best - it will fit....

I've been on hold 30 min now. Oh well, I'll try again Fri and again Mon if necessary. I'd like to straighten my hair w/in the next 3 weeks.
