I found that site a couple of months ago....very very good information regarding MSM. I had already been taking it for a year prior to reading all of the other benefits, but this site makes me not miss a dose!

The only thing that I don't agree with is the high dosage that they suggest...I just thought it was way too much to start off with 30,000mcg (or something like that)

sorry to be hogging your post...But I ordered this about a month ago. I disolves very well, and it's much cheaper. I used this stuff to conduct my MSM test that I saw on this site earlier this week and it passed with flying colors. The powder is so fine that I mix it in my deep conditioner ever week as well.

it's probably safe...you can never really tell over the internet..ya know. But the information IMO is priceless. I was glued to the screen when I found it. I have bad joints because of weight lifting an a car accident I was in almost 10 years ago and since I've started taking MSM faithfull, the pain is gone. The ONLY thing that I noticed...and may not be related, is now I'm starting to get menstral cramps - of which I hadn't had since I was 14. A few other women said that they noticed more cramping since taking MSM. It's not unbearable so I keep taking it.

I use OptiMSM Capsules MSM Crystal Flakes but I'd been ordering it from the UK because I couldn't find a local distributor. Thanks a bunch! I also like the idea of a glycerin based MSM soap, but I might make that myself.
