Hi LiLi! I didn't do anything special. I just clicked add to cart and went through the normal ordering process. Did you use the link that I suggested? If so, I don't know what else there is to do except maybe contact customer service. There might be a problem with the web page! HTH
ETA: I ordered yesterday and it shipped today even though I used "Super Saver Shipping" (which is 3 to 10 days) according to an email sent to me!
Also if you have a Vitamin Shoppe in your area, they can special order products that they might not usally carry and you don't have to pay any shipping. That's how I stay well stocked on Honeysuckle Rose and my new love, the Island Naturals line.
