Question Changing signature and avatar

How do you do that? I can't find the option anymore

Left side there is a menu with several sections. The third section has:

Settings & Options
Edit Avatar
Edit Signature
Edit Email & Password
Edit Options
Edit Ignore List
Private Messages

Thank you. What does "user CP" stand for? I don't see any of these options. I don't see the heading "Settings & Options" either. I've never done this on the new site so please don't skip any steps. TIA

User Control Panel = User CP.

As you are looking at the forum screen, you will notice at the top it says:
"welcome Hairness....."

below that there are the so called breadcrumbs (i.e. where you are in the forum)

and below that you will see a blue background line with many options. The first of these options is the User CP.
