ceramic steam flat iron is better?

what is the difference between the ceramic ion steam flat iron and the regular ceramic iron. they said the steam is supposed to be better for the hair cause it moisturizes and helps maintain moisture. has anyone tried this type and if not what is your opinion of the best ceramic flat iron?

I just logged on and saw your request. Sorry but I don't have an answer, I haven't used a regular flat iron yet. It's a good question though.
